Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the Rajasthan Cricket Tournament (RCT). Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your registration or payment. By registering for the tournament, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Cancellation by Participants

Once registration and payment are completed, cancellation requests made by players or teams will not be accepted after the registration deadline. Please ensure that all information entered during registration is correct.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only under the following circumstances:

• If the tournament is canceled by the RCT organizing committee.
• If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed indefinitely and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be applicable in the following cases:

• Withdrawal of participation by a player or team after successful registration.
• Disqualification due to misconduct or violation of tournament rules.
• Failure to appear for matches or events as per the schedule.

4. Refund Procedure

If eligible, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days after official approval. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

5. Event Postponement

In case the tournament is postponed due to bad weather, government regulations, or any unavoidable situation, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
